When a Delivery is created for an STO, observed that Delivery is being created with the excess quantity, than what we have in hand.

When we look at material 70175899 for Plant 0110, in /AFS/MD04 Screen A:

Screen B:

If we look at the above screen shots A & B: we see that delivery is created with excess quantity.
Let’s take an example for one grid size 712. We have a Stock of 72 EA (from Screen B) and if we see /AFS/MD04 (from Screen A) we see that delivery is created for 144 EA.
Whenever a delivery is created it is being created with the excess quantity.

Resolution

This was due to some inconsistencies and is corrected with few correction reports (SA38).

• /AFS/SDRQ
• ZJN_CORRECT_BDSI_BDBS_FOR_STO
• J_3AMPOC

Process:

• Delete the existing Delivery (which was created with excess quantity)
• Run Stock Rebalancing Correction (/AFS/SDRQ) for all the materials multiple times, even if it shows no inconsistency.

Give the list of materials and plant flag all the check boxes and execute.

• Correction report for Tables J_3ABDSI and J_3ABDBS is being carried out (ZJN_CORRECT_BDSI_BDBS_FOR_STO)

Put the STO number, check the flag update and execute.

• Purchase Order Correction report is carried out (J_3AMPOC).

After carrying all above correction repots, when we have created a Delivery for STO, it is created with the exact quantities of what we have in stock.
A Delivery is then created 81557293.
